Heather Pauquette has been a part of the automotive industry for over 20 years. As a teenager, she worked as a cashier at her local dealership. Throughout the years Heather has worked in many departments including Human Resources, Main Office, Service, and Sales.

Over time, Heather has been awarded the 20 under 40 award for community service and integrity in the workplace. She has also coached and run many outdoor activities. Two of Heather's favorite sports to coach were Little League Softball and Youth Basketball. This was because she got to do it as her daughters grew up. Heather is very involved in her community and has led and directed many community fundraising events such as 5k races, half-marathons, and even a lighted tractor parade!

Outside of the dealership, you can find Heather traveling with her husband and their 4 daughters whenever they can, watching sports, or enjoying concerts. Heather does love her shoes, evidenced by the ever-present shoe calendar that resides on her desk. She also loves her dogs, Pre, her sweet Lab-Pitbull mix, and her two "Frenchies" Johnny & June, Lundgren Subaru's very own Ambassadogs! You can spot them at the Bennington dog park when they are not at the dealership.

Chris has been a part of the automotive industry since he was just 19 years old. After Graduating High School and Basic Training with the United States Marine Corps, with a passion for cars, Chris turned to the automotive industry to help others acquire the best vehicles to meet their needs. Chris prides himself on customer satisfaction and getting clients the information that they need to make an informed decision. While working in the industry, Chris Completed his degree at SUNY Polytechnic in Utica, NY and relocated back to the capital region. Chris currently resides in Stillwater, NY with his Girlfriend and 3-Year-old Chesapeake Bay Retriever Abel. Chris continues to serve as an LAV Mechanic in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.

Betsy O'Connell has been driving Subaru's since graduating high school. Her first Subaru was a 5-speed manual Subaru Legacy in Ruby Red Pearl. She chooses to sell Subaru's because it's the only manufacture she trust to get her up and down the mountain without fail - all winter long. Most recently she's driving a Red 2017 Outback Limited. Outside the dealership you can find Betsy out in the garden or inside reading a good book. She also enjoys raising her Plott Hounds and her Lab "Cha Cha" but, her most enjoyable moments are spent with her family watching her two little Grandsons of hers grow. Betsy has been selling Subaru's now for about 6 years. If your new to the area come test drive a Subaru "It's a part of the landscape here in Vermont".

Petie has been with Subaru since 2019. Starting his career as a Sales and leasing consultant, he transitioned to the finance manager in fall of 2020. Petie loves to work closely with customers in helping them personalize their ownership experience! Petie lived in hyde park NY for most of his life before he found his home in Bennington. Petie enjoys spending almost all his free time with his family! Make no mistake, Petie is a car guy. He has a 2007 BMW 335i that he cherishes and works on constantly that puts down over 500 horsepower to the wheels! For his Family, he has a 2019 Subaru Impreza sport!

Mike Paganio enjoys his job because he likes the challenge of focusing on the details while ensuring he gets his job done promptly. He has been working for Subaru for just over 4 years. Mike's favorite season is summer because of the warm weather. Mike drives a 2018 Subaru Impreza. 

Holly Townsend was born and raised in Sparrowbush, NY. Moving throughout New England and finally setting in Sunderland, VT. Outside of work you can find Holly camping, fishing, gardening, or stargazing. She drives a 2020 Forester Sport in Dark Blue Peral. Holly also enjoys spending time with her son Leon and grandson Tucker Lennon. Before starting at Subaru Holly owned and operated a Garden Business for 40 years and was a level 2 off-road driving instructor. She is also a level 2 certified ski and snowboard instructor. Holly volunteered for 30 years on the rescue squad as an EMT IV Tech w/AELS. Holly has been with Subaru for 4 years. She started as a parts driver and then transitioned into the receptionist. Holly enjoys staying busy and meeting new people at her job.
